COLLINGSWOOD WELLNESS WEEK:
Get ready to make some noise! This family-friendly drumming class, led by versatile percussionist and educator Joseph Tayoun, introduces children and their families to the exciting world of rhythm and percussion. Using instruments like darbukas, dumbeks, and hand percussion, participants will learn to create rhythms, choreograph movements, and even lead the ensemble. This fun and interactive class is a great way to explore music across cultures while developing listening and collaboration skills.
Joseph, a second-generation Lebanese American, brings a wealth of experience in Middle Eastern, Turkish, and other global music traditions to this lively session.
