This festive event invites visitors to dive into a magical winter wonderland, featuring delightful attractions such as Scuba Santa, enchanting indoor snow flurries, the World’s Tallest Underwater Christmas Tree, and so much more!
NEW THIS YEAR
The Christmas Underwater Experience is introducing stunning new photo opportunities, featuring a breathtaking 18-foot tree adorned with a spectacular display of vibrant colors and patterns that light up from top to bottom.
SCUBA SANTA
The star of Christmas Underwater is Scuba Santa, who will be swimming to town to share holiday cheer with believers of all ages (and species!). Guests can interact and snap selfies with Scuba Santa, who will dive daily among sea turtles, sharks, and stingrays.

Visitors can experience the magic of “snow” inside as they wander through the Snowtunda, where artificial flurries dance throughout the center of the Aquarium.
WORLD’S TALLEST UNDERWATER CHRISTMAS TREE
Guests can immerse themselves in the festive spirit as they admire the World’s Tallest Underwater Christmas Tree, beautifully showcased among the sandbar, sand tiger, and nurse sharks at the Aquarium.
MERRY FISHMAS, BORIS (PUPPET SHOW)
The little guppies in your group will enjoy this show as puppet friends Whitney and Finley try to surprise Boris the shark with the perfect Fishmas gift.
